what is an eReader?
An eReader is an electronic gadget that lets you read eBooks. More simply, its an electronic book, where you can read millions of books on the one gadget.
Also called eBook Readers, there are many to choose from on the market. Perhaps the best known is the Amazon Kindle, which has reached that magic branding status where people just call them Kindles, rather than a Kindle eReader (in other words people just know what a Kindle is, rather like everyone knows an iPod is an MP3 player). But there are other big players too – most notably Sony, who have added one or two features that differentiate it from a Kindle.
Here on ebook-readers-reviews.net we look at the advantages and disadvantage of each eReader, and we also look at some other elements of eReaders - for example, whether they are really any better than the good old fashioned paper book.
We also point you in the direction of where to buy an eBook, how much they cost, and how easy it is to actually get one onto your eReader.
